Builders Story

Al LeBlanc has been a builder and developer of quality homes for over 25 years. This allows him to see the community from its early stages as an idea and vision, to well beyond the day a homeowner receives their keys and settles into the pride of new home ownership. Al LeBlanc is a proud Queen’s University Commerce alumni with an extensive background in accounting prior to becoming a land developer and builder.

Al LeBlanc’s first venture into development in Cobourg was “Maplewood Estates”, 140 exceptional single family homes and following the success of this development, he continued with ‘Oxford Court’, 40 condominiums in five Tudor style buildings, that are still highly sought after on the resale market today.

“Parkview Hills” was the next community with 150 single family homes in the Densmore Rd/Birchwood Trail area in Cobourg, and a further 50 single family homes in neighbouring Port Hope.

Parkview Hills II, consisting of 60 single family homes, 8 townhomes and 64 bungalow style condominiums was completed in Summer of 2009.

Currently work is underway on Parkview Hills III, a development in the Densmore Road area of Cobourg. This final phase includes single family homes along with luxury townhomes, semi’s, and condominiums.

Croft Garden Homes in Port hope is now underway which will become a large community similar to Al LeBlanc’s sold out Densmore Village in Cobourg.

The LeBlanc Enterprises team takes pride in building quality, all brick, traditional style homes with two car garages on generous lots.

LeBlanc Enterprises builds communities with character. We create the homes, you create the memories.
