"Parkview Hills" was the next community with 150 single family homes in the Densmore Rd/Birchwood Trail area in Cobourg, and a further 50 single family homes in neighbouring Port Hope.
Parkview Hills II, consisting of 60 single family homes, 8 townhomes and 64 bungalow style condominiums is nearing completion with only 2 homes remaining.
Currently work is underway on Parkview Hills III, a new development in the Densmore Road area of Cobourg. This phase includes single family homes and Garden Home Condominiums.
